NDC Activist Donates To Constituency Executives I McBashMedia


A business tycoon, philanthropist and an enthusiastic young activist of the National Democratic Congress ( NDC) in the Bawku West District of the Upper East Region, Mr. Nelson Ndebah Ndebugre, has donated two (2) motorbikes, an HP laptop computer, a Motorola smartphone to the leadership of the Zebilla constituency Secretariat of the NDC. He has also pledged a monthly stipend of one thousand Ghana cedis to fuel the motors bikes for the whole of 2023 and beyond.  According to Mr. Ndebah Ndebugre who is a potential Parliamentary candidate for the Zebilla constituency, the move is aimed at ensuring that the constituency executives execute their mandate as expected. He said the motorbikes will help the executives reach out to all the electorates in the hard-to-reach areas in the constituency. 

Mr. Ndebah Ndebugre who is the son of the late renowned private legal practitioner and a former MP for the Zebilla constituency, Mr. John Ndebugre, added that the monthly stipend promised is subject to review depending on the prices of petroleum products. Mr. Ndebah Ndebugre who asserted during an interview with GBC news in Zebilla, capital of the Bawku West District after a short ceremony to hand over the items to the constituency executives underscored the need for the party faithful who are financially sound to come to the aid of the party with more resources to enable the party win the upcoming 2024 general elections. 



He said the only party that can salvage Ghanaians from the current economic hardship is the NDC, hence the need for the NPP to be voted out of power come 2024. Receiving the items on behalf of the NDC Constituency Executives, the Zebila Constituency Chairman of the NDC, Mr. Tiah Kurugu, who could not hide his joy, lauded Mr. Ndebah Ndebugre for the gesture. For his part, the Zebilla Constituency Secretary of the NDC, Mr. James Ayamweogo, commended Mr. Ndebah Ndebugre for the donation. He said the constituency has never received such a donation from any businessman or woman before. He pledged his outfits readiness to put the donated items into good use. At the short ceremony, a minute silence was observed for the late freedom fighter of the Kusaug Traditional Area, Mr. John Akparibo Ndebugre, a lawyer, for his selfless and dedicated service to mother Ghana.
