Oppong Stanley wins Seat of Member of Parliament in Ghana Youth Model Parliament(YEC) I Mcbashmedia

 Sir Oppong Stanley who is also popularly known as Financial Stanza is currently a student of Akenteng Appiah Menkah University of Skills Training and Enterpreneur Development (AA-MUSTED) Faculty of Business Education, Department of Accounting  and one of the best Student leaders. He is a very hardworking and committed member of his class, his dedication and service gave him the name 'financial stanza'. 



Mr. Oppong becomes the first Student to hold this office  as Member of Parliament for Ahafo-Ano South East Constituency in Ghana's Youth Model Parliament, As part of Youth Empowerment Consortium that helps Youths to engage government policies and Decision Making.  The Contest was between one Mr. Emmanuel Opoku Twumasi ( UHAS), Mr. Oppong Stanley ( AAMUSTED) and Mr. Owusu kyeremateng ( UDS) but at the end of the contest Sir Oppong  Stanley  From AAMUSTED was voted and confirmed as MP for Ahafo-Ano South East Constituency.



Mr. Oppong Stanley promised to use his new role and position to the benefits of society and more especially the Accounting department of AAM-USTED, he thanked all who had confidence in him. He spoke to the media immediately after his swearing in.

A young and practicing midwife who works at the Tumu Municipal Hospital saved the life of a woman in labour by the roadside. She had to work without any medical equipment but still demonstrated great skill to save the life of the unborn baby as well as the mother.    Madam Nawiadima Samankina was seen trying her best to deliver the baby by the street while balancing her own child on her back. She had to cut short her own schedule as soon as she saw the struggling woman on the street. The action took place in a town called Tumu in the Sissala East Municipality of the Upper West Region.
