  MANIFESTO WRITEN BY BRIGHT MFUM AND HARUNA KURI KAAYI FOR THE PORTFOLIO OF HPERSSA PRESIDENT Mr. Chairman, HPERSSA executive present, fellow HPERSSA members ladies and gentlemen, I deemed it a privilege to be given the opportunity to read to you my manifesto for the portfolio of HPERSSA president. Mr. Chairman, all protocol observed, ladies and gentlemen, I am Bright Mfum, a current level 200 student of the University of Education, Winneba, department of Health, Physical Education Recreation and Sports. I completed my basic school at Awutu Bawjiase SDA JHS in the year 2008 and pursued my high school at Swedru School of Business also completed in the year 2012. The Defunct Wa East Education Office: The Case Of FUNSI, Upper West Region - Ghana I mcbashmedia

14/08/2022 Civic Revolution  Philosopher  Wa East District was created in July 2004 by a Legislative Instrument (L.I 1746) as an autonomous local government administrative unit from the Wa Municipal Assembly during the Ex-president Kufour's regime. The intention of the government without doubt for the creation of the new district was to decentralize and catalize development of the area. This rather beautiful intention has been met with absolute disdain as the staff of the Ghana Education Service(GES) of Wa East District have relocated from Funsi, which is the administrative and District capital of the Wa East District. A purported annex of the District Education Office has been created in the regional capital - Wa by shutting down the office at Funsi. It is noteworthy that the people of Funsi and the entire enclave are Sissala people and apparently part of the largest ethnic group of the Upper West Region. 'Green Environmental Club' Launched To Plant 9,500 Seedling in Sissala East | mcbashmedia

  As the saying goes, when the last tree dies the last man dies, this is an old saying which is still relevant today. Planting of trees is something which is championed by the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo and his minister for lands and natural resources, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor. Just recently the ministry of lands and natural resources minister led a Crusade to plan 20 million trees across the length and width of the country.  The member of parliament for Sissala East Hon. Amidu Chinnia Issahaku took up this initiative to launch Kroboi club in the sissala East municipality dubbed, "Green Environment Club", these clubs will be dotted across all basic schools in the municipality. The member of Parliament said each school will be given 100 cashew seedlings and 30 mango seedlings to be planted at the school and within the community damp. He said when these seedlings grow well, the community can eat the friuts and sell the excesses.   ...
